Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celsius.
1. In a large bowl, add the mashed sweet potatoes , eggs , oil , vanilla then mix.
2. In another bowl, add flour , sugar , cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda . Whisk everything well together.
3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Add milk and vinegar then gently mix . Do not over mix !
4. In a lined baking pan , pour the batter (mixture) . Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven.
Optional: Frosting
1/2 cup water , 1/2 cup white sugar , 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp cornflour .
Add all the ingredients in a sauce pan, and whisk continuously on medium heat until you get a slightly thick consistency
