Growing up, my family owned a deli, and this was always a crowd favorite!.

Ingredients:

2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked

3/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons white vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon sugar

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 cup celery, finely chopped

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
