Best Corn Nuggets

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (about 1 can) of whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Batter:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
