Chunky almond choc chip cookies
These are perfect for breakfast on a lazy weekend
Ingredients
1 cup melted butter (unsalted)
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cups All Purpose Flour
2 eggs and 1 egg yolk
1 cup roughly chopped almond nuts
1 cup chopped dark chocolate
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
