This is an incredible cake. I got this recipe from my neighbor who made this at our last block party. She made 4 of these and there was not a crumb left in sight. Everyone went ga-ga over this one. Enjoy

1 cake mix ( white or yellow cake mix )
½ cup cocoa
½ cup sugar
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup chocolate syrup
8 oz. tub Cool Whip
2 cups Coconut, shredded
