A classic Dutch treat, Poffertjes – Dutch mini pancakes – are perfectly sweet, fluffy, and so easy to make with the right pan for the job!
▢2 cups all-purpose flour
▢1 1/2 cups milk
▢1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
▢1/4 teaspoon salt
▢powdered sugar, for serving
▢butter, for serving
In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk until well combined.

Add the milk and eggs and whisk until smooth.

Spray the poffertjes pan with non-stick spray and heat over medium heat. Add some of the batter into the wells. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip over and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown on both sides.
