FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 350*
Grease a 9×13 baking pan
In a medium bowl, combine the ingredients for the cake and beat together
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan
SECOND STEP:
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until done. Test with a toothpick
Let the cake cool for 15 minutes
THIRD STEP:
In a medium bowl combine the ingredients for the frosting
Spread the icing over the cake while the cake is still warm
Let the cake cool before serving
